1. License grant
The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use FoxCoreCMS on one production domain specified during checkout. Source code ownership and exclusive rights are not transferred.

Terms and Conditions
These terms govern FoxCoreCMS license purchases and access to distributions, updates, and support.
2. Multiple websites
Each separate production domain requires a separate license. A single order may include multiple licenses with the corresponding number of domains.
3. Distribution and license file
After payment confirmation, the ZIP distribution and license file become available in the account. Access is for the account owner only; redistribution to third parties is prohibited.
4. Updates
Update access is provided for the period stated at purchase. The installed version continues to operate afterward, while newer releases may require renewed update access.
5. Licensed domain
The license is issued for the submitted domain. Domain change requests are reviewed by support and may require proof of control or a reasonable explanation.
6. Payment
Price and currency are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed through WayForPay, and an order is paid only after provider confirmation.
7. Refunds
For a digital product, refund eligibility depends on applicable law and whether access to files or a license has already been supplied. Review requirements and the demo before purchasing.
8. Support scope
Support covers licensing, installation, updates, and standard FoxCoreCMS functions. Design, migration, integrations, and custom development may be offered separately.
9. User responsibilities
The user is responsible for server compatibility, backups, access security, lawful content, and changes made to source code or templates.
10. Limitation of liability
The system is supplied within its documented capabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or user modifications.
11. Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated for new purchases and service versions. The current edition is published on this page. Questions may be sent to the support email.
